Vietnam plans to invest in the construction of large paper mills

according to the Vietnam material daily, the Vietnam Paper Industry Association said that in order to meet the demand of the domestic paper industry market, the competition is divided into two stages. Vietnamese domestic enterprises should invest in large pulp mills with an annual output of more than 10000 tons and paper mills with an annual output of 10000 tons

the association predicts that by 2010, Vietnam's domestic annual paper demand will be 1.98 million tons. Including 1.15 million tons of packaging paper, 385000 tons of copying and writing paper, 120000 tons of paper and 325000 tons of other paper

with the upgrading of household property mediation in the areas of aerospace, national defense, kerosene chemical industry, transportation and other economic tensions, it is reported that some paper mills wholly owned by foreign-invested enterprises have been put into use, with a scale of about 150000 tons. In the next few years, foreign-funded paper mills will have an impact on the domestic paper-making enterprises in Vietnam, especially some small-scale and backward enterprises will face fierce competition
