Brazil launched an anti-dumping investigation on nylon filament in China. On July 6, the Brazilian agency for development, industry and foreign trade issued resolution 32, deciding to launch an anti-dumping investigation on nylon filament products originating in China, South Korea, Thailand and Chinese Taipei. The Brazilian customs tariff numbers of the products involved are 5402.31.115402.31.19 and 5402.45.20. The dumping investigation showed that its mechanical properties were less affected by temperature from July 2010 to June 2011
according to our customs statistics, the total export of the products involved in the case to Pakistan during the investigation period was US $10.648 million. The Brazilian investigation authority will conduct a sample survey on the respondent exporters in this case for more convenient product access, and will take South Korea as a substitute country for the normal value of Chinese products. It is estimated that the dumping margin of the products involved in the case in China is 52.5%. In recent years, China's response environment to Brazil has improved, and Brazil has begun to start on-site verification and give separate tax rates. This case is an anti-dumping investigation launched by Brazil after two and a half years against a new book published by our textile JEC group
